Received this day a t 9 20 a. m. London, Sept 3, The Daily Telegraph correspondent {supplies further details of the Watersval train wrecking. A hundred Boers commanded by the notorious British renegade Hinton, ambushed a train in a cutting during the night, seized and gagged the notive guards in charge and cutting the train, derailed it at dawn. Colonel Yandelenr refused to surrender and was shot through the heart.
A party of Steenackers Horse captured eleven Poors, a number of waggons and many cattle and horses at the Portatugase front.
•B"paoh, the first rebel convicted in Bukfoy West district, was sentenced to : thre e years imprisonment. Last week the Bnrgersdorp Treason Court convicted 275 persons on charges of treason and attempted murder, including 171 voters. Doctor Kraes, who in the •capacity of burgo-master, last year facilitated Lord Roberts entry into into Johannesburg, has been arrested at Westminster on a charge of espionage. London, Sept. 3.
