The alterations have not yet been effected, but it is understood that they will be taken in band shortly. Tub Waisiangaroa Gold Dredging Company have purchased a dredge for £3OOO, we believe. The dredge is said to be in every way suitable for the claim where sli-: will nave to operate. If this be the case, the directors are to be congratulated on the purchase. Boring has been conducted very successfully during the present month on several of the Buller United Company's properties, notably at those on the Buller, N'*akawau and Waimangaroa. Mr. K.
