Question of Privilege. Wellington, August 26. _ A'question of privilege will be raised in the House to-morrow, the Mines' Committee having ordered its chairman to report that the Dunedin Star has been guilty of publishing evidence given before it on Easton's petition regarding Cook and Gray of the dredging companies before the committee had presented its report.
Field has given notice of his intention to ask Government whether their attention has been drawn to the formation of an Australian Chamber of Commerce in London, and whether it is true as reported that the Agent-general of this colony is holding aloof from the organisa-
tion pending instructions fr'.m the Government, and whether it is the intention of the Government to co-operaSe with the rest of Australia in this movement.
