Wellington, August 24. The Compensation Court gave judgment to-day on the Willis street claims in respect of land taken for street widening by the City Corporation. Mrs Sarah Clark (necSchultz) claimed £6,250 for her one-fourth share in the Schultz es-

tate and was awarded £3360 and £97 Ms costs. Hallenstein claimed £0,600 and was given £4,90(5 with £77 14s costs. The claims of three other members of the Schultz family for £18,750 went by default some time ago through an oversight in the Corporation offices, but the case is going to the Privy Council.
