London, August 21. Copper on the spot is £67; three months, £67 6s 3d. Tin on spot is £ll6 15s ; three months, £ll2 ss. The wheat and flour afloat for tue United Kingdom is 2,785,000 quarters, and for the Continent 2,185,000 quarters. At the tallow sales 2000 casks were offered and 1075 sold. Prices are unchanged. Ottawa, August 20. It is officially announced that the yield of wheat in Manitoba is 49 million bushels, oats 30 million, and barlej' 64 millions.
