The Belgian Bishops have decided to admit the emigrating French religious orders only on condition that they made no collections in open, neither in schools or chapels. Motor Plough. Received this day at 9 30 a m. Nkw York, August 16. Dr Gatling, of gun fame, has invented a motor plough which he claims will enable one man to plough thirty acres daily. A company has been formed at St Louis to exploit the invention.
