(By Telegraph—Peess association) Wellington, This Day. The Conciliation Board gave a recommendation to-day in the Painter’s dispute. The decision contains practically all the points of the award the trade had been working under during the past two years. No change was made as to the hours or wage,
the Union Snipping Company a proaeH‘ arrangements are undisturbed. Its decision affects the Harbor Board which will have to pay l/3d per hour for labour for which is at present paid. - Neither the Painters’ Union nor the Harbor Board are satisfied and will take the disputes on to the Arbitration Court. \
