LIZZIE BELL ENQUIRY.

(pee press association) Captain’s Certificate Suspended. New Plymouth, This Day, The Court of Enquiry this morning gave as its finding that the course as stated by the Captain was not steered, and that the loss of the' barque was occasioned by negligent navigation on the part of Captain Rees, whose certificate is suspended for twelve months ; and he is ordered to pay £25 towards the cost of the enquiry.
