Scalded to Death. Nelson, This Day. A nine months old child named Taylor at Pigeon Yalley last Friday was sitting in a chair by the fire. The mother left the room for a moment when the child fell and turned the kettle over, receiving fatal scalds on the head from which death resulted on Monday.
