[BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIHQT.] (per press association.) Beceived this day at 9 40 a. m. Snow and Cold—Man Frozen to Death. Melbourne, July 30. The weather continues bitterly cold. On the highlands a man named Butler was frozen to death. There is snow at Carryong. Brisbane, July 30. A heavy fall of snow was experienced on the Darling Downs.
