The Winning Sires of the Season, Christchurch, July 24
The following is a list, of the winning sires during the racing season, with the amount credited to them —St Loger £9,999, Dreadnought £7,515, Stepniak £6,960, Vanguard £5,867, Seaton Delavel £5,206.
The chief winners are Eenown £3,285, Menschikoff £2,515, Moif aa £1,903 Pampero £1,620, Cruciform £1,515, Paddington £1,458, Advance £1,450, Coeurde Lion £1,409, Ideal £1,235.
The winning owners are : —Stead £7,135, Ormond £5,552, Douglas Gordon £4,000, Watt £3,600, Nathan £3llO, V. Harris £2,165, Hon. M'Lean £2,153, F. Watson £2,115. Record Reign’s Movements. Melbourne, July 24. Record Peigu will be shipped to India about the middle of August The new owner states that the horse will not start for the Grand National Hurdle Race at Caulfield, but will probably compete in some flat races at the forthcoming meeting-
