Wellington, This Day,
Hitherto the New Zealand police have been required to find their own uniforms, but now acting on the advice of Tunbridge, Commissioner of Police, it has been arranged that shakos overcoats, leggings and waterproofs shall be found by the State, also the material for making lumpers and trousers.
