[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] Received this day at 9 35 a m.' Sydney, This Day. A meeting of representatives of the Oversea Inter-State Shipping Companys decided to cable to London that the Commonwealth Legislation regard the charging of customs duties on goods consumed aboard ships between ports was outside of the constitution.
