The Captures at Reitz. Eeceived this day. at 8 40 a.m. London, July 10. The captures at Reitz included Brebner, Seoretarj for the Treasury; Acton, Director of Telegraphs, and Commandant Davill,. There was a thousand pounds in the Treasury. De Wet was absent. * Boer Tactics.
A Boer proclamation, issued at Losberg, authorised the surrenders in batches- of recruits in the refugee camps and then rejoin the Boer forces'.
