This number comprises all sorts and conditions of watches,—ranging from the cheapest Waterbury, to the best gold English Chronograph; and, we ; have—without exception—been successful in giving the greatest satisfaction. Our business is steadily growing and we have found it necessary to increase our staff in order to keep pace with our work and turn it out promptly and thoroughly. Our method in repairing a watch is to have it completed in one week from the time it is handed to us. During the first two days the movement is taken to pieces, each part passed through benzine and specially prepared saw-dust, well brushed and polished with •'calcinas " ; the pivets and holes burnished, jewels examined, and all faulty or broken parts repaired and renewed. It is then cased and hung on the regulating rack, wound, and examined twice daily until it is keeping time with our improved French regulator. CLOCK REPAIRS.—We give the I same careful attention to all clocks. GUARANTEES.—We guarantee all Watch and Clock repairs for a period of twelve months. Much annoyance and inconvenience is caused by watches and clocks that will not go.
