SUPREME COURT SITTINGS.
| PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wanganui, June 10. The Supreme Court opened here this morning, the Chief Justice presiding. For breaking and entering, Francis Haywood was sentenced to two years; for theft from a dwelling, W. J. Hogan one year ; for theft from a railway carriage, a porter was admitted to probation for one year, as was McHigh for forgery; Pare Timoti was found guilty of theft and sentence was deferred.
