Auckland, June 8.

Daring the four weeks ending May 27 tho Waihi Gold Mining Company treated 12,481 tons of ore for a return of bullion valued at £33,339. This is the highest monthly yield ever obtained from the mine. Tho total amount won from the mine to date is £1,676,901. ■

The Koraota Reefs Gold Mining Company’s return for the past month is £I7OO from 480 tons of ore.
