AttheA.M.P. meeting the Chairman's report showed that the -new business and surplus were the largest in the history of the Society. The new business amounted to £4,224,000. The addition made to the accumulated funds is £255,000, bringing them beyond £17.000,000, which marks the largest increase ever made in one year The surplus for distribution is £537,194, The report was adopted.
