A BRUNNERTON WEDDING.

A very pretty wedding, and one that attracted a great deal of attention, took place in St. Saviour’s Church, Brunnerton, on Sunday morning the sth inst., the contracting parties being Mr Joseph House of Stiil vater, to Miss Mary Elizabeth Hunter, daughter of the late John Hunter of Brunnerton.

The bride looked charming dressed in lavender rep trimmed with white satin, pearl trimming, an 1 chiffon. She wore a white velvet hat trimmed with white satin and orange blossoms, and carried a beautiful bouquet of white chrysanthemums and maiden hair ferns, tied with white satin ribbon. Miss M. Smith the bridesmaid was dressed in a pretty blue cashmere dress, trimmed with cream satin. Hat to match Mr W Scnion acted as host man. The bride was given J away by her step-father Mr Henry Kentledge. The llcv A Stace tied the nuptial knot. After the ceremony was completed the happy couple with a large number of friends partook of a sumptuous spread at the home of the brides parents, where well wishes were expressed for their future happiness. Bouse, pair of vases ; Miss E. Masters, serviettes; Mr and Mrs Pitman, tea set; Miss M. and R.
