In the House of Commons, Lord Cran bouro stated that Prince Tuan was under' going perpetual imprisonment at Turkestan.
China had given a pledge that there would bo no commutation of the sentence Tungfusiang has .been banished to Kansu where ho is awaiting further punishment.
