Heavy Rains in ¥ictoria. M'eliiourxk Tin's Day. Heavy rain is still falling. Since Friday over seven incites is recorded. A cable received from Mr Sprccklos orders the steamer Sonoma to remain at Sydney till the machinery is fully repaired, and she will not sail till about fitb May.
