Time, 142 3-5, Div., £4 Cs. HURDLES, Eight Metal 1 Vanquish ••• 2 Sudor 3 The Guard was scratched. Long Tom, Vanquish and Eight Metal were in the van most of the way. The former dropped out of the contest when half a mile away from home. Eight Metal was never again headed. Won by two lengths. Tlxe saddle oh Vanquish slipped, otherwise might have troubled tlxe winner. Div £5. WELTER, Ostiak 1 Dartmoor 2 Volley 3 All started. Won easily at finish by a length and a half. Time, 2 3 2-5.
