The New Brighton case of supplying liquor on Sunday camo before the Supreme Court again to-day, James, the licensee, applying for relief from forfeiture of his license on account of the endorsement of the license. James had been convicted because he had s?rved a traveller on several.occasions during Sunday and Judge Denniston held that travellers are only on titled to be served with liquor immediately after arrival. Counsel for James argued that the ondorsomtnt was not duo to fraud but to a bona fide mistake and therefore that the forfeiture should not be enforced. Decision was reserved.
