J. Watson was charged with the theft at Reeflon of a mackintosh, the properly of E. Turner The inspector of Police prosecuted and Mr. Hannan appeared for the defence. After the evidence of J. Williams and Constable Fanlhorpc had been taken, the accused was remanded till Monday, the 2!ti!i.
