Beceived this day at 9 3 a m. London April 14. Crossbred wethers. Maiden ewes, Canterbury, 4 3-IG. Dunedin and Southland 3J. North Island 3 11-16. Lambs, prime,—Canterbury Cj|Fair average, including Dunedin, Southland and Wellington. Secondary, Canterbury, s£. New Zealand beef 180 to 220 lbs, fair average quality. Ox fores 3 3-16, hinds 3.J-. River Plate crossbred or merino wethers, heavy, 2 9-10. Light, 3 3-16. The wheat markets have declined about sixpence owing to the American bears now slightly recovering. Cargoes are dull.
Victorian December and February shipments were sold at 29s 6d and March 29s 3d.
The lead imports for March wcro 18,328 tons. Australian 6.634, and exports 3,101.
