A MATRIMONIAL AFFAIR.
Mr J. Morgan, manager of the Republic Sluicing Company at Healy's Gully, was married to Miss J. Steel by the Rev. Q. W. York ar Holy Trinity Church, on Monday afternoon. The bride looked exceedingly nice, and wore a cream figured silk dress with train, trimmed with white silk lace and pearl trimming, with wreath and veil, and carried a beautiful shower boquot. The bridesmaid, Miss J. Smith was attired in a silver grey cashmere, trimmed wiih cream silk and black velvet ribbon, with, grey felt hat. Mr M. Maloney acted as groomsman and Mr J". Morgan as best man. After the ceremony the wedding party drovo to the Albion Hotel, were they partook of a sumptuous breakfast. The presonts wero costly and useful. s The bride's presont to the bridegroom was a pair of gold sleevo links, and the bride- ' groom to* the bride and bridesmaid, gold brooches. We wish the newly marriecW couple the best of all blessings, health and happiness.
