The Anarchists at Geneva are protesting against the extradition of Jaffeis, the accomplice of Bresei, who murdered King Humbert. They stormed the Russian Consulate, and destroyed the Russian Escutcheon, and insulted the Italian Consul. Members Macedonian Committee Arrested. M. Sarafott and other members of the Macedonian Committee have been arrested at Sofia. Statue of the Queen. Allen Stoneham has presented the city of Perth with a statue of the late Queen by the celebrated sculptor F. J. Williamson. Electric Tram-cars and the Observatory. Owing to the influence of the electric trams it has been found necessary to remove the magnetic instruments from the Kew Observatory at Alexander Park. The Recent Riots in Russia.
