(Before Warden Hawkins.)

Wm. Claughesey. Special dredging claim, Nelson Creek. Objected to by 11. Wicks. Mr Hannan for applicant, and Krninness for the objector. .• Hannan for the applicant contended (be Court had no jurisdiction to hear quire into the objection, the District t having been appealed to and made rder in applicant's favor. Further besaid, that even if the objector did call evidence he would not cross-examine on it. After the objectors had called a largo amount of evidence, the Court adjourned the case till Monday for Claughesey's evidence,
