In the libel action brought by the actress " Billio Barlow " against the Bulletin, tho jury returned a verdict for tho Bulletin.

The Coningham Divorce Case.

In the Coningham case the evidence has concluded. Mr Want was addressing tho jury, when it was adjourned till to-morrow.

The Coningham case is adjourned tiil Monday. Wreck of the Federal.

The fate of the Federal is still unsolved. A steamer from Syndcy to-day reports she ran close in to Gabo and saw neither wreckage nor indications of survivors.
