(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, March 18. The Standard states that Alexicff is at the bottom of Tientsin, and is constantly creating difficulties. London, March 17. Owing to French soldiers creating continuous rowdyisms they have been forbidden to enter the British concessions at Tientsin unless on duty. A British divisional officer was assaulted in the French concession yesterday.
