The Victorian loan prospectus invites holders of four per cent stock redeemable in July to exchange them for threes receiving six and a half pounds in cash with full interest till July, as also a coupon of 30/- interest on tire new stock. The final payment of 75 per cent to be made on the 10th of June, discount of 2£ per cent to be allowed for immediate payment in full. The American visible wheat supply is 79,300,000 bushels. The wool sales were fully maintained. The best crossbreds improved slightly. Puketahi was sold at Gd, Vuluinc 7M.

The lead imports last month were 17,069, including 4540 from Australia. The exports were 2,795.
