Lord Aborcorn, Lord Mount-Edge-corabe, Lord Carrington and Lord Wolscley have been appointed special Ambassadors to officially announce tbc Queen’s death and the King’s ’accession to foreign courts and warmly tender thanks to the senders of two thousand wreaths to the Queen’s funeral.
