To-night the Aclelphi Dramatic Company will perform Charles Ecacle’s immortal drama, “ It is never too late to mend,” with authentic scenery by Mr. Alf Ingleson and mechanical effects by Mr. Phillips. The management have spared neither pains nor expense to make the production of this great work a notable one, and adhering to the proverb “ It’s the trifles in art that make pci--fection ” they have attended to every detail. It would be difficult to name any other piece in which rapidity of movement, dramatic intensity and sustained interest of story are so conspicuous. We
