The Plague. Wellington, March 13. The Government have decided to declare Capetown plague infected. Public Works. The Cabinet has authorised a further progress payment of £IO,OOO towards the construction of the North Island Main Trunk line. Apparently Suicide. Thames, March 13. Mrs Allen, wife of a mechanic, loft her house last night and was found to-day dead in some scrub. It is believed that she suicided, but no cause is assigned.
