The Pacific Cable. Ottawa, March 0. The Canadian Commons unanimously voted the five eighteenths' cost of the Pacific Cable.
Mr Mullock referred to the New South Wales concession to the Eastern Extension Company, and said that it was too late for Canada to recede, inasmuch as the contract had been signed providing for the construction of the Pacific cable, He denied that there was any pooling _arrangemenr with the Eastern Extension Company.
