Insanity, not Murder.

Holland was found 'not guilty' of murdering the child Geaeh on tho ground of insanity, and is detained during the Governors pleasure. The Royal Yisit. -Tho Yorks' recrption committee pr:pose two processions on the day of arrival, and tho the day that Parliament is opened. The reception committee erects three arches at a cost of £IOOO each, and asks tho leading commercial bodies to erect others. There will bo an elaborate military display.
