Sydney, February 17. The inquest on the railway accident was opened and adjourned till the 26th, Jaokel, the ninth victim, is dead. Federal Politics.
It is probable that the Westralian Federal elections will be held on the same day as in Queensland and the other States. March 29 th.
Brisbane, Fobuary 17. Barnes, a Ministerialist, was elected for Bulimbo, the seat vacant by the death of Dickson.
