Fatal Riots in Prague.

Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright Vienna, December 2. Twelve battalions of Austrian infantry and a squadron of Hussars have been despatched to Prague to cope with the riots. Business was paralysed, and the Czechs wrecked and plundered the houses of German residents, the University and the schools. Furniture was taken from the buildings and burnt in bonfires in the streets. The rioters attempted to storm a cartridge factory, but it was successfully defended by the troops who killed sonic of the rioters. The Synagogue and Jewish warehouses were plundered and valuable archivea stored in Krusky Palace were burned. Order was re6tored at midnight. The main body of troops were then withdrawn, but a sufficient force has been left to patrol the streets and to preserve order.
