The issues submitted to the jury and the answers, were as follows:— (1 la tbe article complained of libelloas? No. (31 Are the statements contained in such article the troth? Yes. (3) In sabstance were the statements contained in the article that did not consist of allegatioDs founded on fact *nd fair comment? Yes. (4) What amount of damages, if any, should be awarded plaintiff for tbe injury be ststaintd ? None.
