LARRIKINSM.
TO THE EDITOR. Sih, — With regard to the Utter ia last night's issue from "One who is Mmical" on tlid cnndu -t of tbe Ktilding larrikins iv the Assembly Room*, I may say that in not the only place where they misbehave themselvss. Last Saturday evening by tbe Manchester Street* bridge I beard some young fellows who were tbe worse for liquor using tbe filthiest language I have ever beard. Jf the police would patrol tbe street* a little oftener than they do and ran in some of these young blackguards, they would do a world of good. As one ot those present at the late concert, it would have been a good act on the part of your reporter if he had oriticised c. little freely, which he could have done without injustice, a song delivered by ova who is supposed to know better. As long as such songs are delivered in public the larrikin element will pro* dominate. I am, etc., Obsbbveb.
