The Engineers' Strike.
(Per Press Association.) Losdox, October 6. The Executive Commiitoe of the Employers' Federation have resolved that the conditions of the engineering and allied trades do not admit of a redaction of hoars, also that they intend to secure absolute freedom in the management of their works, and hare declared that Vbe intervention of other parties into the matter in dispute is useless. Twenty one firms of Thames shiprepairers have joined the Employeri* Federation. A meeting of railway servants in Oon« prsffi -voted a sum of £30Q per week to the strikes until a settlement is arrived ct.
