School Examinations.
Cheltenham. The Cheltenham school was oxamined en the 7th inst., by Mr Bindon, with the following passes : — Standard V. Guy Templer, William Shirley Standard IV. Rupert Even sen, William Niccolls, Kate Davies. Standard lll.— Herbert Shirley, Albin Evensen, John Ryan, Philip Martin, Edwin Sinclair, Mary Stewart, Minnie Martin, Gerty Duckworth. Standard ll.— William Ryan, Roland Niccolls, Noel Templer, Jamos Sykes, Arthur Stewart, William Mills, Gwen Davies, Annie Mills. Standard I.— Leslie Niccoll?, Arthur Mills, Charles Armstrong, Owen Davies, Percy Suirley. Malvina Martin, Kathleen Evensen, Ivy Martin, Elsie Brace, Elsie Hay ward, Aletbea Stewart. Awahtjri. The school was examined oa August 11th by Inspector Milne. In Standards VI, II and I, all passed ; in Standard V, four were presented and two pasted ; in Standard IV three were presented and one passed ; in Standard 111, eleven were presented and eight passed. Standard I — John Linton, Hngh Weightman, John Haghes, We» Ngawaka, Harry Hoeta, August Simeon, F. Campbell. RONGOTKA. The Rongotea school was examined by Inspectors Biodon and Milne. In Standards V and I all passed; in Standard VI, 6 were present and 5 passed ; in Standard IV, 19 were present and 0 passed ; in Standard 111, 10 were present aud 16 passed ; in Standard 11, 33 were present and 28 passed.
