(Per Press Association.) Brisbane, This Day. A crisis has arisen in the Legislate Assembly unexpectedly. Mr Stevens, a member, was called to order for accusing the Government of bribery and corruption in connection with the appointment of a Land Commissioner, and as be refused to withdraw the words lie was named by the speaker. The Premier was not in the House at the time. On returning bo moved bis suspension, but the House declined to pass it. Mr Tozer then decided not to proceed with the business until a direct rote was taken on tbe words used. The House has been adjourned to Tuesday, when a lively debate is ex pected. Tbe Governmen believe they have a good majority.
