Britain's Denunciation ot the Commercial Treaties
(Per Press Association.) London, Sept. 1Lord Salisbury, in.his letter denouncing the German commercial treaty, states that it formed a barrier to the internal fiscal arrangements, and was inconsistent with the close tics of commercial intercourse between England and her colonies which were necessary to consolidate the Empire.
