(TO THE EDITOR I Sib, — Whilst thanking the members of tho newly formed Colytoa Rifle Club for suggesting me as one of their V icePresident, I must decidedly decline any connection therewith because it is practically a part of the military system for the destruction of human life, which is against my conscience and religion, as a member of tbe Society of Friends.
