Rangitikei Lmcensing Committee.
Tbe quarterly meeting of the Rangi* tikei Licensing Committee was held at tbe Feilding Court House at noon to-day. Present— Messrs A. Grtenfield, S.M. (Chairman), J. Bruce, H. L. Sherwill, A. Dick, T. K. Taylor. An application was received from J. G. Mitchell for a transfer of the license of the Pern barton Hetel to Thomas Ryan. Mr Cathro appeared for applicant!. — Application granted. A. W. Harruon applied for a transfer of the licence of the Brminghftm Hotel to E. O'Meara. Mr iSandtlands appeared in support-— Application granted. T. Ryan appeared for a transfer of the Cheltenham Hotel to J. Meehan. Mr Sandilands for applicants. — Application granted. The reports were satisfactory in each of the above cases. An application was receired from A. N. Bsrraad for a wholesale license in Feilding. — Application granted. It was resolyed ihmt the salary of the Clerk to the Committee be L 25 per annum. The Court then adjourned.
