A quoit match was played at Feildmg yesterday afternoon between teams representing the Palmerston and Feilding Clubs, resulting in a win for tbe latter by 85 point*. The following were tbe scores : - Feilding. Palmerston. G. Younger Drew A. Grant 63 Henley 47 D. Younger Rodgers T. Evans 62 Gatcbie 62 H. H. Knowles Parr B. Poole 61 PickeriDg 52 Total 186 Total 151 A return match will be played ai Palmerston at an early date.
