He was felllicg a tree which in its fall struck another and this changed its direction in falling with the result that one of the branches struck Mitchieion a severe blow on the bead, rendering him unconscious. Dr Sorley was telephoned for and did all that was possible under the circumstances. Mitchieson is still lying in an unconscious state.
