A Rough Passage.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. Arrived— Barque Grassmore, Captain Fletcher, from Liverpool, where she left on May Ist. Prior to reaching the Cape of Good Hope she experießced heavy gales which continued for about five weeks. The decks were continually swept. Three seamen were washed ovar board on one occassion, but they secured a rope, and tbe next sea took them back on board. Several other narrow escapes are reported.
