(Per Press Association.) Ottawa, August 4. The miners at Elondyke resent the action of the Government imposing royalties. Serious trouble is expected in the spring. A great number of prospecting parties are blocked at Dyea and at the bead of the Yukon River. It is reported the police declined to allow any of them to proceed without having a year's provisions.
